1. Products

Our spice mixes are intended for culinary use only. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual packaging may vary slightly.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders may be verified before shipment. We reserve the right to refuse COD service to customers with a history of refused deliveries or repeated non-acceptance of orders.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered.

Refunds or replacements may be provided if:

The wrong product was delivered.
The product arrived damaged.
The package was lost in transit.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos.

7. Product Usage

Cooking results may vary based on ingredients, preparation methods, and individual taste preferences. We do not guarantee identical results in every kitchen.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
