Refund policy

Due to the consumable nature of our food products, opened packets cannot be returned.

However, if you receive:

  • a damaged or leaking packet,

  • wrong item,

  • missing product,

  • or expired item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos and your order ID.

After verification, we will provide a replacement of the item.

Please note:

  • Products once opened/used are non-returnable.

  • Slight variations in color/aroma may occur due to natural spices.

  • COD orders refused after shipment may be restricted from future COD purchases.
