Refund policy
Due to the consumable nature of our food products, opened packets cannot be returned.
However, if you receive:

a damaged or leaking packet,

wrong item,

missing product,

or expired item,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos and your order ID.
After verification, we will provide a replacement of the item.

Products once opened/used are non-returnable.

Slight variations in color/aroma may occur due to natural spices.

COD orders refused after shipment may be restricted from future COD purchases.
